Our Classes
We are a group fitness studio giving our clients a community of support while meeting everyone’s individual needs. We offer a variety of different reformer and fusion Pilates classes. Whether you have injuries or limitations, or are perfectly healthy, there is a class for you. We are a reformer-based Pilates studio but we have a variety of different equipment to work with through class.

*Grip sock are required for every class including the introductory class.*
We sell grip socks in studio if you do not have any.
Please wear something comfortable for class like yoga pants and a comfortable shirt. Do not wear jeans or anything that can snag, tear, or rip the equipment.
Reformer Flow Classes
Introduction to Reformer (FREE)
30 Min - This is a great class if you have never worked on a reformer before and would like an introduction on all the fun things happening on this amazing machine. Even if you have experience on a reformer and would like a refresher before jumping into a group setting or would just like to get a feel for our studio this is a great complimentary option.
Although we have expanded to 9 people per class, we will remain at 7 people per class for the introductory class only.
Beginner - Level 1
50 Min - In Level 1 we focus on the fundamentals of all the movements to ensure you have a great foundation for what is to come in the coming levels.
Intermediate - Level 2
50 Min - In Level 2 we start to focus on movements that will challenge your balance and coordination and will progress from all the fundamentals learned in level 1.
NOTE: In every class we provide modifications and progressions. If you are in Level 1 and would like to determine if Level 2 is something you are ready for, starting taking all the “challenges” or “progressions” we say during class. You are always welcome to ask your instructor if Level 2 is something they think you are ready for. Once in Level 2, we do recommend still taking Level 1 and switching between these classes to get the most out of your Pilates practice.
Pilates is a building block exercise and there is always a benefit to taking Level 1 even if you are more advanced in your Pilates practice.
Fusion Classes
Reformer Cardio
50 Min - This combines the reformer and cardio in a very low impact, fun way! It will get your heart rate up all while laying down. This is a great class for anyone with any injuries that prevent them from doing traditional cardio.
Reformer Stretch
50 Min - Enjoy a class focused on just stretching the entire body. We use a combination of the mat, foam roller, and the reformer to stretch.
Dumbbell Sculpt
New Class starting 1/2/25
50 Min - This is NOT a reformer class. This is strictly a weight class with dumbbells. This class is for those wanting more weight training (light lifting). This will be a full body workout using dumbbells. We have weights ranging from 1lb to 20lbs. Everyone is welcome to do this class! You may want gloves for your hands if you start using the 10-20lb weights. We have limited this class to 6 people for safety purpose.
